Manager Forge

Manager Forge was born from a pattern I saw repeatedly: great individual contributors get promoted to management and immediately struggle. The skills that made them top sellers don't translate to coaching, pipeline management, and team development.

The product uses AI-driven scenarios to give new managers practice reps on hard conversations — underperformers, forecast calls, skip-levels — in a safe, async environment.

Currently on the shelf while I focus on MSA and the Building Out Loud series, but the thesis is sound and I expect to come back to it.
